1- Creativity as a survival tool:

Our prehistoric bros relied on creativity to solve problems and survive. Creativity is engrained in our DNA so it makes sense that we NEED to exercise it to maintain mental and emotional health.

2- AI and the existential crisis:

With AI handling most tasks, humans may face a wave of existential crisis and emotional emptiness, needing to reconnect with their creative instincts to feel alive and purposeful.

Creativity isn't just a hobby but a necessity. It will be crucial not just for problem-solving but for maintaining our humanity and mental well-being in a rapidly changing world.

Creativity is my new sanctuary. That could be a cool T-Shirt.
