The more I learn about AI and the upcoming future, the more I see how important it is going to be for all humankind to start developing our ability to express ourselves and communicate to others.

The lack of practice in the untold, forgotten, and misunderstood art of venting can create a disconnection with ourselves that will undoubtetly produce frustration, anger, and sorrow.

Not everyone has the needed infrastructure to develop this habit (aka, friends, therapy, vessel to create and self-express, knowdelge, etc).
