• AI wearables are becoming mainstream reality; smarter AI glasses, earbuds, good acceptance of affordable AI gadgets like the R1 Rabbit (not the Humane AI, sorry!), and companies like Microsoft making little AI models to implant in your phones while Apple is hinting AI in new iPhones.

My mini survAIval insight of the week

What I do to survive all this non-stop clutter of news and tech advancements is go out and do something in nature; the easiest would be to go for a walk and try to experience it, be present in the moment, and forget all this shit we talk about here in the news letter! I make an effort to consciously connect to nature.

If you cannot go to nature because you live in the city, go to the nearest park you have.

If you don’t have parks nearby, go sit next to your plants.

If you don’t have plants, listen to a waterfall or rainy day audio sound.
